Aurea Marbella is a property collection brand whose enquiries are handled by its property team.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, message, selected property reference, consent time and available campaign parameters or referring page. We use this information to respond to your property request and attribute enquiries to the correct brand and listing. The form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where your enquiry goes

Your enquiry is saved on the secure enquiry server and passed through the existing Albato integration into amoCRM for the team to handle. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Access is restricted to the team and service providers involved in processing the enquiry.

Storage and your requests

The website delivery queue retains delivered enquiries for up to 12 months. CRM retention depends on the ongoing customer relationship and applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through the Aurea Marbella enquiry team at the enquiry form, quoting this brand and the email used.

Browser storage

Campaign parameters and the original referring page are kept temporarily in session storage so attribution is retained while you browse property pages. They are sent with your enquiry and do not identify you until you submit your details.

Saved-property selections use local storage in your browser. No advertising analytics or marketing cookies are installed by these sites. A temporary request identifier prevents accidental duplicate submissions; it is cleared after successful submission.
